Trial & Getting Started
What happens when my free trial ends?
We’ll send you a reminder before your trial wraps up. From there, you can choose what works best for you:
- Stay with us: Officially join POSBros by signing a contract.
- Help us improve: Share feedback on features you’d like to see.
- Move on: Switch to another provider with no hard feelings.
Do I need to enter credit card details?
No. We don’t take any banking information until you’re fully ready to sign a contract.
What if I need help setting up?
We’ll walk you through the setup and help you get started with your menu, tills, settings, and daily workflow.
Operations
Does the POS work if my internet goes down?
Yes. Offline Mode lets you keep processing transactions, printing receipts, and serving guests without interruption. Your data automatically syncs once you’re back online.
How hard is it to change my menu or prices?
It’s quick and simple. You can update items, add specials, or adjust pricing on the fly without needing a manual or a technician.
Can I save an order to pay later?
Yes. Park Order lets you save a guest’s current order and come back to it whenever they’re ready to settle up.
Do you support split payments?
Yes. POSBros makes it simple to split bills between multiple guests or across different payment methods.
Staff & Insights
Can I track my staff through the system?
Yes. POSBros includes built-in team management features, including clock-ins, clock-outs, and role-based permissions to help keep sensitive areas secure.
What kind of insights will I get about my sales?
You get more than basic totals. POSBros gives you analytics and real-time dashboards to spot trends, understand busy periods, and make smarter staffing and stock decisions.
Hardware & Receipts
Do I need to buy expensive new hardware?
Not necessarily. Our hardware bundles start at $299, helping keep your initial setup cost low.
Can I send digital receipts?
Yes. You can print physical receipts or send digital receipts to customers, helping you save paper while giving guests a modern checkout experience.
